Their finance system, Sage Intacct Construction, operated in isolation, requiring duplicate entry and slowing down invoicing, reporting, and project tracking. Solution

Blackmore deployed a complete Salesforce transformation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service - architected specifically for HVAC operations. We implemented structured sales workflows and a custom quoting solution designed for complex equipment and labor configurations. Dispatchers gained a modern scheduling board through Field Service, allowing them to assign jobs based on skills, availability, and location with real-time accuracy.

We integrated Salesforce with Sage Intacct Construction to sync customers, jobs, financial data, and cost structures, enabling leadership to track job profitability with confidence. A custom-built inventory management app brought warehouse operations into Salesforce, connecting parts, truck stock, and field usage. Document generation tools were added to automate proposals across multiple HVAC project types, including residential and commercial.
