Using MuleSoft, we connected Salesforce to external tax systems like Avalara and implemented Accounting Seed to consolidate financial data, invoicing, and revenue tracking inside one platform.
Automations were introduced across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to streamline follow-ups, case creation, tax calculations, and order processing. With custom development, we aligned every step of the workflow - from quote to cash to support - into a seamless, connected process.
